Return shipment

You would like to send your device to ViGEM for repair? Please proceed as follows:


Step 1:

a. Please check if your shipment contains removable data storages that are encrypted. In this case, please continue with Step 2.

b. If your shipment contains unencrypted removable data storages: Please check if the removable data storages contain personal data in the sense of GDPR article 4, paragraph 1 and that ViGEM can be given access to this data as part of carrying out your repair order.

In this case a special processing order exists according to GDPR article 4, 28 and a contract must be established accordingly. Please contact your sales representative (sales@vigem.de) or our technical support for assistance.


Step 2:
Complete the Return Form. This online form can also be found on the Support > Return form page at www.vigem.de/en below the explanation of the process.


After you have sent the Return Form to us, a new VSD ticket with your details from the form will be automatically created by the ViGEM Service Desk (VSD).

 

After the details have been checked, our ViGEM Support will provide you with feedback within your VSD ticket, including the RMA return number and information how to send us your shipment. You are notified of this and also of other changes to the VSD ticket in a message to your specified e-mail address. (If you do not receive an e-mail, please check the spam folder in your e-mail program.)

 

Step 3:
When you receive an e-mail notification through the new VSD ticket, please register for the ViGEM Service Desk or login there, open the VSD ticket and clearly specify the RMA return number on your delivery note. All the communication on this repair process (processing status, comments, etc.) takes place via the VSD ticket.

 

 

Step 4:

Send the complete unit in a secure parcel to the following address:
