These powerful data logging systems from ViGEM allow the time- and cost-efficient validation of innovative driver assistance systems and autonomous driving functions of next levels. Depending on your project requirements, various data storage variants are available for each system. CCA 7010 Compact Solution

The new CCA 7010 compact solution is a high-performance system consisting of a data logger, dedicated removable data storage devices, and a copy station for efficient validation of ECUs, on-board networks as well as ADAS and Autonomous Driving (AD). With data rates up to 10 Gbit/s and a compact size of 86x315x310 mm (HxWxD), the CCA 7010 data loggers are ideally suited for validation in limited space, e.g., for truck, car and motorcycle applications. The robust devices are equipped for operating voltage of 12 V DC and 24 V DC.

To store the recorded data, CCA S701 removable data storage devices are available with capacities of 4 TB and 15 TB, variants providing 8 TB and 30 TB are coming soon. For challenging climatic conditions, variants in the extended temperature range of -40° C to +65° C are available. A robust metal housing reliably protects the qualified enterprise SSDs from thermal and mechanical stress. The integrated encryption according to AES-256 and OPAL 2.0 ensures maximum data security on the way from the data logger to the data center.

The CCA CS701 copy station provides transmission speeds of up to 20 Gbit/s for fast and reliable data transfer. State-of-the-art protocol solutions are used when transferring the recorded data to data centers or the cloud. The consistent interaction of all devices of the CCA 7010 family ensures fast availability of the recorded data in the development departments. Due to its low height of only one height unit (1 U), the CCA CS701 conveniently fits into 19" rack.

CCA 9010-50BE Test Bench Logger 

The CCA 9010-50BE data logger is specially designed for use in laboratories, test benches, and production environments. An integrated RAID array of standard U.2 NVMe SSDs enables cost-efficient data storage without the use of a CCA removable data storage. The CCA 9010-50BE reliably records raw data from high-resolution cameras, radar and lidar sensors as well as automotive Ethernet and standard buses with continuous data rates up to 10 Gbit/s. In addition to the validation of on-board networks, the new data logger from ViGEM can also be used for tests of ECU software during development or in HiL setups. A wide range of software features, such as programmable triggering, prelabeling or gPTP synchronized timestamps, have been implemented. The software also supports the latest ASAM measurement adapter communication standard CMP. For stationary use, the CCA 90110-50BE is equipped with a 100-240 V AC power connection.

With up to 40 interfaces, the test bench logger forms the core of a state-of-the-art Distributed Data Logging system. The decentralized concept allows the system to be flexibly and quickly adapted to new project requirements as well as integrated into existing toolchains.
